After walking into my flooded apartment, the day after a wedding, to say my wife and I were gutted would be an understatement. Ray got to us without hesitation and took every chance he could get to make the unplanned Reno as painless as possible. From trapping all the debris from the deconstruction and re-construction to one section of the room at a time so that it could continue to be a livable space. To working around my work from home schedule to ensure the work he was doing didn’t interfere with my lively hood, I could not be more appreciative and pleased with how the job came out and Ray’s professionalism. He is the only one I trust to get the job done and done right from now on and we couldn’t be happier or recommend him enough. On top of all that he is genuinely a great person and a pleasure to be around. Almost makes us want to spring another leak just to have him around, but thankfully we’ve had plenty of other PLANNED projects since, that Ray’s completed with ease, so no need to go to such extremes thankfully! Grateful to have honest working men like Ray to rely on!
